MANUFACTURING
Jalax produces a wide range of metal parts. Thanks to in-house engineers who work closely with our clients, we guarantee cost-efficiency and the economical use of materials. Our high-tech machinery allows us to manufacture parts from both sheet metal and tube profiles, and weld them into complete components. Additionally, we can powder coat all products.
Laser Cutting of Sheet Metal
We use the Trumpf Trulaser 3030 fiber stain laser to cut the sheet, which allows you to cut up to 20 mm thick carbon and 15 mm stainless steel and aluminum quickly and with high quality. When cutting, we use optimal part layouts in cutting programs to use metal material and time resources sparingly and efficiently. To ensure efficiency, our stain laser also has an automatic charging system.
To cut more specific parts, we also have an additional sheet metal center Trumpf TC200R, where the parts are cut out with mechanical percussion tools.
