MANUFACTURE OF PARTS
Jalax AS technology involves cutting, bending and processing both tube and sheet material. Our equipment park allows performing different metal works in our own factory, without subcontractors, which allows competitive final price for the product.

ROBOT AND MANUAL WELDING
Welding is the central part of our production process, where previously manufactured details or purchased components meet. Large batches are welded by welding robots, but we offer manual welding service also. The selection includes TIG and MAG welding. Jalax has one of the biggest daily working welding robots equipped technology parks in Estonia.

FINISHING AND ASSEMBLY
We are capable of finishing frames and parts which have been welded together from manufactured details in factory. As a rule, the powder painting is carried out on the automated colour line and if needed, we can shot peen the products prior to the painting. Our staining technology allows powder coating against C4 environment conditions. Small batches and samples will be painted in a specific manual painting chamber by experienced operators.

was established in 1993. Initially just a small shop doing metal work, it has grown into one of the leading manufacturers of metal furniture and components over the years. Presently, Jalax employs currently approximately 150 employees.
